Hi, I’m Alecxia, a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP™) and licensed therapist in Austin, Texas. I’m here to be a compassionate guide on your journey of healing, self-discovery, and nervous system regulation.
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and advanced certification in Somatic Experiencing, a body-based trauma healing modality that supports the release of stored stress and helps your body return to a sense of safety, connection, and ease. I bring both clinical knowledge and a deeply human presence to this work, with experience supporting people through trauma, anxiety, overwhelm, and moments of feeling disconnected from themselves.
My approach is gentle, attuned, and relational. I offer a space where you can feel seen, supported, and understood as you reconnect with your body, explore your emotions, and build a steadier and more grounded sense of self at a pace that feels right for you..
